ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.
PRODUCTS
We sell handmade baked goods including:
Traybakes
Brownies
Blondies
Cookies
As all products are handmade, appearance, decoration and portion size may vary slightly from photographs.
ALLERGENS
IMPORTANT:
Our products may contain, and are prepared in a kitchen that handles, all major allergens including but not limited to:
Gluten
Wheat
Eggs
Milk
Nuts
Peanuts
Soya
Sesame
Customers with allergies should contact us before purchasing if they require further information.
We cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.
ORDERING
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.
Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
PAYMENT
Payments are securely processed through Squarespace and its payment partners.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are dispatched on Fridays.
Delivery is typically made via Royal Mail.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be received no later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday before dispatch.
Cancellation requests received after this time may not be eligible for a refund due to ingredients and preparation already being committed to the order.
RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
Photographs of the packaging
Photographs of the products
Details of the issue
Each claim will be investigated individually.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
A replacement
A partial refund
A full refund
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Upon arrival, products should be refrigerated.
Our products are typically best consumed within 5 days of receipt.
Brownies, blondies and traybakes may be frozen for later consumption.
Cookies are not recommended for freezing.
We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration resulting from improper storage.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We do not generally offer custom orders.
Any custom requests must be submitted through our website contact form and are accepted entirely at our discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, text and graphics, remains the property of Rhi's Cakes unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
USER GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting reviews, photographs, testimonials or social media content featuring our products, you grant Rhi's Cakes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost and use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you wish for content to be removed, please contact us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the order purchased.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
