hey there!!

I’m Rhiannon, I’m 24 and I started Rhi’s Cakes in August 2025 selling bespoke cakes to people in my local area and I quickly found a love for not only baking and cakes, but for making people just a little bit happier.

I knew quickly I wanted to make as many people happy with my baking as possible, so what better way than to send bakes across the UK! It was then that I decided to trail postal brownies. After testing recipes and postal logistics I have taken the plunge to launch - and I could not be more excited.
